Montig Fitness has been in business since 2008 and in that time have trained many men and women in kettle bells. In particular “hard style” kettle bell training. This type of training focuses on power, strength, and explosiveness. A fantastic way to burn calories build muscle or tone your entire body, I am certain no one else will teach bells like I will while your having an awesome time. I also teach people to box placing a lot of emphasis on technique and strength. Don’t just hit pads, learn how to move bloke and strike. This is a great confidence builder.
