I’m getting married in 3 month and so busy with all last minute things. How can I get fit by that time. I can free 2 days a week for gym. Is that enough? What should I eat?
If you want fast results, it’s critical that you incorporate exercises that allow your body to move naturally with full range of motion so you can skyrocket your metabolism and tone your entire physique. A few tips:
1-Weight training is the key. Cardio is good but doesn’t do as much as weight training does.
2-Shorter reps / Heavy weights. Increase the weight on every single set. Even 1.25K does matter.
3-The bigger the muscle is the more fat it burns. Hamstrings, Lat, Shoulder are where you should focus.
4-Change the workouts every 2-3 weeks. Repeating the same workouts over and over is a big MISTAKE!
5-Don’t do abs! it’s waste of time. Abs workouts only work if you have <15% body fat. Otherwise you may even become bigger 😉
And last but not least: eat enough. Don’t cut your meals. Eat breakfast.
